comment on matters falling within the purview of the Board. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with
each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.

B. City Attorney’s Update (Sullivan)
C. Recommendation for the City’s 2016 Annual Ethics Training (Kukulski)
a. Dan Clark will provide training to Board members. Scheduled for 10/21, 10/24, 11/10, and 11/16
b. Betsy Webb will lead Staff trainings on the following dates: 10/17, 10/18, 10/21, 10/24, 11/10,
11/14, 11/15, and 11/16
