Message: At a neighborhood picnic last week, we discussed the right turn only on College to
Willson. We understand that the procedure provides some degree of safety on the
College/Willson intersection at busy times of the day. During off hours, the intersection is clear.
The mandatory right turn is an inconvenience for those in our neighborhood as it requires turns
through neighborhoods to proceed South or West. Would you consider requiring right turns only during peak traffic hours such as 6:00am-9:00am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm or some similar
