RE: Temporary use agreement together between SCL and the City of Bozeman

Saunders Line Construction, Inc. has been authorized by the City of Bozeman to occupy a small
area on the NW corner of Oak& Rouse and is referred to as the "MDOT" facility.
This area is being used on a temporary basis to store material and equipment for use on the
f
2016 Downtown and N 7th Conduit Installation Project for the City of Bozeman. Once the
project is complete, we will move any unused materials to a City of Bozeman designated
facility, restore any disturbed areas to original condition, and move our equipment off of the
property.
This property is located at the intersection of Oak and Rouse.The gate access location that
t
was told to use is off of Tamarack on the south end of the facility. It is our responsibility to
r.
secure the gate at the end of each day. I

It is our responsibility to monitor all of our equipment that is staged in this location for any type
of oil/fuel leaks.Any leaks that are found will be repaired immediately and the area affected
will be brought back to its original condition. i
