Construction Administration – Additional Services
Dear Carolyn:
This letter provides a summary of the additional services completed by Allied Engineering
Services, Inc. during the construction phase of the Bozeman Pond Park Expansion Project. The
additional services summarized below were not included in the construction administration
professional services agreement dated December 7, 2015 but were requested by the City.
Summary of Additional Services Requested:
• Assistance with construction administration beyond the 20 hours allotted in the original
PSA.
o Submittal review
o Assistance with payment applications
o Assistance with change orders
o Attendance at some of the weekly on-site meetings
o Respond to contractor questions
o Consultant project management and communications with the City
• Construction Inspection.
o Water main
o General site inspection
o Preparation and review of inspection reports
• Preparation of project certification and construction documentation submittal.
Cost for the additional services: $11,734
