RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, on June 12, 2014, an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment
of Deferred Development Impact Fees was recorded as Document No. 2483171 with the Gallatin
a� County Clerk and Recorder; and,

WHEREAS, Obligor deferred transportation impact fees for multiple buildings under the
Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of Deferred Development Impact
Fees recorded as Document No. 2483171; and

N T= WHEREAS, Obligor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien for building permits
"'0 0== 14-20485, 14-20490, 14-20493, 14-20494, 14-20495, 14-20496, 14-20497, 14-20498, 14-20499

N-- and 14-20500 encumbering certain parcels under said Agreement.
MN NOW THEREFORE,the City hereby releases all of its right,title, and interest to the lien
attributable to building permits 14-20485, 14-20490, 14-20493, 14-20494, 14-20495, 14-20496,
o;= 14-20497, 14-20498, 14-20499 and 14-20500 in the real property described as: Lot 1, South
ma- University District Subdivision Phase 1 and addressed as 2111, 2119, 2175, 2123, 2171, 2135,

2159, 2137, 2157, 2131, and 2125 South 1 lt"Avenue.
