I welcome a new Heebs at Highland and E Main. But I have no trust you have forced a rational
parking/traffic flow plan for access to the store? Do you have the plan for public inspection? Highland has become a major arterial for decent traffic flow into and out of the city. I suspect the grocery store traffic could very easily screw up Highland traffic flow just south of the traffic
light?
