Message: On the inclusionary housing issue, I would recommend that a housing voucher be
provided to all city employees to allow them to live in Bozeman. If their wages are not high
enough to permit them to live here, we should be ashamed. Let's try both efforts, but messing
with the housing supply can be tricky, to say the least. Good luck, Felix Spinelli
