prices have increased so much that the only buyers are absentee landlords whose long term
rentals clog the on street parking with multiple vehicles per unit, unkempt lawns, never shoveled,
loud. short term rentals need to have positive maintenance and in my experience are significantly better for a neighborhood. try living in a neighborhood with multiple long term college student rentals and see which you would choose. the movement of the commission against short term
rentals is 100% wrong. thanks
