looking to change/enforce regulations regarding vacation rentals. We built 3 years ago in Valley
West and in the last year have become surrounded by short term (sometime only 1 night!)
vacation rentals in neighbor's accessory dwelling units. We did not buy in a zone for hotels, and if we had known this would happen we would never have bought. Thus far we have had dogs barking in the units, people coming through our fence/gate to our Blackfoot at night looking for
their rental, cars blocking our driveway, and people backing their cars over our landscaping. Not
to mention the balconies that stare down into our back yard. It's one thing to have a renter- but to
have a string of strangers coming and going is alarming. On our 1 block radius their are at least 7 vacation rentals. We fully support your efforts- it can't happen soon enough!! The Brittons 4518 Brisbin street
