be legal in Bozeman. The CUP is not the right mechanism for legal short-term rentals but
banning short-term rentals is not the answer. Finding a better system to legalize short-term
rentals that are viable and well-run is a great solution. Work towards that.
Short-term rentals do not negatively affect the town and in fact, add to the diversity.
