Message: Hello--I'm writing about the new Heeb's development at East Main and Highland that
the Design Review Board will discuss Wednesday July 13th. Concerning traffic and noise, I'd
like to suggest that you prevent cut-through trafffic through the Marwin Addition. The traffic
flow could be directed similarly to the Kagy / Willson / 3rd avenue intersection, where Sola cafe is. The building would look more welcoming if parking and building placement also resembled
the Sola Cafe area: parking to the east, and south of the building, with the building abutting the
north and west sidewalks. Please also keep in mind for safety design that there are a daycare and
