ORDINANCE NO. .1286
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AMENDING SECTION 1B OF ORDINANCE NO. 1259 BY REPEALING
MONTANA AMENDMENTS TO THE 1987 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE AS SET
FORTH IN SECTION 8.70.402(3) AND (7) OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE RULES OF
MONTANA.
Preamble
I
The purpose of this amendment is to report Montana Amendments to the
1987 edition of the National Electrical Code as set forth in 98.70.402 A.R.M. (3)
and (7).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1
That paragraph B. of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1259 adopting by reference
subparagraph 3 and subparagraph 7 of 8.70.402 of the Administrative Rules of Montana be and
the same are hereby repealed.
Section 2
Savings Provision.
This ordinance does not affect rights and duties that matured, penalties that were
incurred or proceedings that were begun before the effective date of this ordinance.
Sect ion 3
Severability.
I f any provIsion of this ordinance is declared unconstitutional, or the applicability thereof
to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the constitutionality of the remainder of the
ordinance and applicability thereof to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected
thereby.
