ORDI NANCE NO. 1275
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT DESIGNATION FROM AN IIR-2-NI
(RESIDENTIAL--SINGLE-FAMILY, MEDIUM-DENSITY) TO AN IIR-211 (RESIDEN-
TIAL--SINGLE-FAMILY, MEDIUM-DENSITY) DISTRICT ON BLOCKS 20,21,29 AND
30, VALLEY UNIT SUBDIVISION NO.1, LOCATED IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 2
SOUTH, RANGE 5 EAST, MONTANA PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, the proposed zone map change has been properly submitted, reviewed and
advertised in accordance with the procedures of Title 18 of the Bozeman Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission held a public hearing on December 27, 1988, to receive
and review all written and oral testimony on the request for a zone map change; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission held a public hearing on January 3, 1989, to receive and
review all written and oral testimony on the request for a zone map change; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed and considered the twelve zone change
criteria establ ished in Section 76-2-304, M. C. A., and found the proposed zone map change to be
in compliance with the twelve criteria; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has found that the proposed zone map change would bring
the zoning of the property into compliance with the Bozeman Area Master Plan and would be in
the public interest.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana:
That the zoning district designation of the following-described property shall be and is
hereby changed from an II R-2-A II (Residential--Single-family, Medium-density) District to an
IIR-211 (Residential--Single-family, Medium-density) District:
Blocks 20, 21, 29 and 30, Valley Unit Subdivision No.1, located in Section 10,
Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Montana Principal Meridian.
PROVISIONALLY PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, this 23rd day of January 1989.
