Message: Re.Rules for mobile food vendors,the prep and serving facilities for mobile vendors
should be inspected by the Health Dept. with the same rigor and frequency as for brick and
mortar establishments. All licensed businesses should contribute equally to the Beautification &
Upkeep of the city.
