ORDINANCE NO. 1254
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, APPROPRIATING CITY FUNDS FOR VARIOUS ENERGY CONSERVATION
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ITEM EXPENDITURES FOR THE PERIOD JULY
1, 1987 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1988,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
TO WIT: I
Section 1
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby authorize and
appropriate expenditures for Energy Conservation Capital Improvement Program items as follows:

Section 2
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby appropriate, in the I
amounts speci fied, the following revenue and fund balance sources for the various Energy
Conservation Capital Improvement Program items as follows:
Fund Balance as of 6-30-87 $ 83,002.12
Plus transfer from unexpended monies
in General Fund - Gas and Electric Services $ 50,087.78
TOTAL $133,089,90
Section 3
That this ordinance was duly considered, upon public notification, at a public hearing
held on the 21 st day of December 1987.
Section 4
That should it be found by any court of competent jurisdiction that any section, clause,
portion, sentence, word or phrase of this ordinance is deemed to be contrary to any existing law
or regulation, that in that instance, it is the intent of the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, that all other portions, sections, words, clauses, phrases or paragraphs of
this document shall remain in full force and effect until September 30, 1988,
