ORDINANCE NO. 1248
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AMENDING SECTION
18,66.010 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE INCREASING THE NUMBER OF
MEMBERS ON THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FROM FIVE TO SIX MEMBERS,
PREAMBLE
The purpose of this amendment is to change the number of members on the Board
of Adjustment from five members to six members, I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That Section 18,66,010 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
18,66,010 Created - Membership and term of office,
The Board of Adjustment is established to act on variance applications as detailed in this
title, The Board shall consist of six members appointed by the City Commission for three-year
terms (with staggered terms). At least three members shall reside within the City limits, All
members shall reside within the zoning jurisdiction of the city,

Bozeman, Montana, this 26th day of October, 1987,
