ORD I NANCE NO, 1245
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE CABO ONE & TWO FAMILY DWELLING
CODE, 1983 EDITION WITH THE 1984 AMENDMENTS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1
I That Title 15 of the Bozeman Municipal Code dealing with buildings and construction is
amended by adding the following:
Document Adopted by Reference
There is hereby adopted by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, for
the construction, prefabrication, alteration, repair, use, occupancy and maintenance of detached
one and two family dwellings that certain code and standard known as the CABO One and Two
Family Dwelling Code, 1983 Edition together with the 1984 amendments, and the same is hereby
adopted and incorporated by reference as fully set forth herein, and said provisions thereof
shall be controlling within the limits of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
Section 2
Severability
If any provision of this Ordinance is declared unconstitutional, or the applicability thereof
to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the constitutionality of the remainder of the
ordinance and applicability thereof to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected
thereby,
