ORDINANCE NO. 1241
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY
SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, CITY JUDGE
AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given
I by, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commission of Bozeman,
Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1988, be as follows, to wit:

Director of Public

Administrative Services Director

Clerk of City Commission $19,548,00 $1,629.00 $ 20,000,00
plus administrative duties $ 1,500,00 $ 125,00
City Judge $17,964,00 $1,497.00 $ 10,000,00
Section 2, That the salaries and official bonds, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be
effective as of July 1, 1987,

thereof held on the 27th day of July 1987,
