ORDI NANCE NO. 1230
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, APPROPRIATING CITY FUNDS FOR VARIOUS ENERGY
CONSERVATION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ITEM EXPENDITURES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1987.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
TO WIT:
Section 1
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby authorize and
appropriate expenditures for Energy Conservation Capital Improvement Program items as follows:

Section 2
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby appropriate, in the
amounts specified, the following revenue and fund balance sources for the various Energy
Conservation Capital Improvement Program items as follows:
Cash Balance prior to interest $ 16,721.22
Plus interest earned - FY86 1,742.00
Fund Balance as of 6-30-86 $ 18,463.22
Plus transfer from unexpended monies
in General Fund - Gas and Electric Services $ 67,826.00
TOTAL $ 86,289.22
Section 3
That this ordinance, after being duly considered, upon public notification, at a public
hearing to be held on the 2nd day of February 1987, shall not be finally passed until ten days
after the conduct of said hearing.
I Section 4
That should it be found by any court of competent jurisdiction that any section, clause,
portion, sentence, word or phrase of this ordinance is deemed to be contrary to any existing law
or regulation, that in that instance, it is the intent of the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, that all other portions, sections, words, clauses, phrases or paragraphs of
this document shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 1987.
