ORDI NANCE NO. 1229
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, APPROPRIATING CITY
FUNDS FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL ITEM EXPENDITURES FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1,
1986 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1987.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
TO WIT:
Section 1 I
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby authorize and appro-
priate expenditures for Capital Improvement Program items from various revenues in the
estimated amounts and for the purposes as follows: (The "Estimated Total Dollars" is an
approximation of the probable cost on each project. The City Manager shall submit to the
Commission the actual cost of each project over and above the estimated cost,. as well as an ex-
planation of how the overage will be funded.)

I The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby appropriate in the
funds listed for transfer to the Capital Improvement Projects Fund, in the amounts specified, the
following revenue and fund balance sources for the various Capital Improvement Program items as

Section 3
That this ordinance, after being duly considered, upon public notification, at a public
hearing to be held on the 2nd day of February 1987, shall not be finally passed until ten days
after the conduct of said hearing.
Section 4
That should it be found by any court of competent jurisdiction that any section, clause,
portion, sentence, word or phrase of this ordinance is deemed to be contrary to any existing law
or regulation, that in that instance, it is the intent of the City Commission of the City of
I Bozeman, Montana, that all other portions, sections, words, clauses, phrases or paragraphs of
this document shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 1987.
