ORDINANCE NO. 1228
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY
SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1
I That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given
by, the City Manager of the City of Bozeman, Montana, be as follows, to wit:
Salary - $45,552.00 per annum - $3,796.00 per month
Official Bond - $20,000.00
Section 2
That the salary and official bond, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be ef-
fective as of January 1, 1987.
PROVISIONALL Y PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission at a regu-
lar session thereof held on the 9th day of February 1987.
