ORDI NANCE NO. 1226
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY
SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1 I
That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given
by, the City Attorney of the City of Bozeman, Montana, be as follows, to wit:
Salary - $31,008.00 per annum - $2,584.00 per month
Official Bond - $20,000.00
Section 2
That the salary and official bond, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective as of
November 1, 1986.
PROVISIONALL Y PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission at a regular session
thereof held on the 27th day of October 1986.
