Message: In light of ever-increasing property taxes (since we don't have a sales tax which would
spread the burden on tourists and the wealthy) and the Airbnb discussion coming up: I don't
currently rent out a room in my house as an AirBnb, but I can foresee a future when I am living
on a fixed income and need to supplement my income with an occasional room rental just to keep up with property taxes. Please keep that in mind when you discuss this, as well as making
the distinction between whole house rentals and room rentals. Thank you!
