ORDINANCE NO. 1196
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, APPROPRIATING CITY FUNDS FOR VARIOUS ENERGY
CONSERVATION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ITEM EXPENDITURES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1986.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
TO WIT:
Section 1
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby authorize and appro-
priate expenditures for Energy Conservation Capital Improvement Program items as follows:

Section 2
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby appropriate $30,000.00
in funds from unexpended appropriations for gas and electricity services during Fiscal Year
1985, transferred from the various budget units in the General Fund to the Energy Conservation
Capital Improvement Program per budget amendment approved by the City Commission at its regular
meeting held on the 17th day of June 1985.
Section 3
That this ordinance, after being duly considered, upon public notification, at a public
hearing to be held on the 2nd day of December 1985, shall not be finally passed until ten days
after the conduct of said hearing.
I Section 4
That should it be found by any court of competent jurisdiction that any section, clause,
portion, sentence, word or phrase of this ordinance is deemed to be contrary to any existing
law or regulation, that in that instance, it is the intent of the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, that all other portions, sections, words, clauses, phrases or paragraphs of
this document shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 1986.
