ORDI NANCE NO. 1190
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, APPRO-
PRIATING CITY FUNDS FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL ITEM EXPENDITURES
FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1,1985 THROUGH JUNE 30,1986.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
TO WIT:
Section 1
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby authorize and
appropriate approximately $14,801.00 in Federal Revenue Sharing Fund monies to the Undes-
ignated Reserve - Future CIP for use in a future Capital Improvement Program.
Section 2
The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby authorize and appro-
priate $56,000.00 in Gas Tax Apportionment monies to Long-term road improvements for use in
a future Capital Improvement Program.
Sect ion 3
That this ordinance, after being duly considered, upon public notification, at a public
I hearing to be held on the 9th day of September 1985, shall not be finally passed until ten
days after the conduct of said hearing.
Sect ion 4
That should it be found by any court of competent jurisdiction that any section, clause,
portion, sentence, word or phrase of this ordinance is deemed to be contrary to any existing
law or regulation, that in that instance, it is the intent of the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, that all other portions, sections, words, clauses, phrases or paragraphs
of this document shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 1986.
