ORDINANCE NO. 1174
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY
SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1
That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given by, the City
Manager of the City of Bozeman, Montana, be as follows, to wit:
Salary - $44,004.00 per annum - $3,667.00 per month
Official Bond - $20,000.00
Section 2
That the salary and official bond, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be effective as of
January 1,1985.
PROVISIONALL Y PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission at a regular session
thereof held on the 11th day of February , 1985.

I, Robin L. Sullivan, Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, do hereby certify

issue dated the 28th day of February 1985, and said proof of such publication is on file in my
office.
