It seems focused on whole units, not rooms for let. I love the quote,"Dozens of governments
around the world have demonstrated that there is a sensible way to regulate home sharing and
we hope New York will follow their lead and protect the middle class." I don't think most
middle class families are landlords, I believe they receive money from employment, don't they?
