ORDINANCE NO. 1151
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AMENDING SECTION 18.48.090 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL
CODE, PROVIDING FOR A REVISION TO THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR PER-
MITS, MAP CHANGES, VARIANCES AND OTHER PROCEDURES IN THE
I CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1
That Section 18.48.090 be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
FEES
A. ZONE MAP CHANGE $220 plus $3 per acre up to 80
acres; greater than 80 acres,
$2 per acre over 80 acres plus
fee above
B. ZONE CODE AMENDMENT $220
C. VARIANCE $125 all except single-family;
$60 single-family only
D. MINOR PLANNED UNIT $200 plus $4 per residential
DEVELOPMENT (GIVEN unit and/or $3 per 1,000
SUMMARY REVIEW) square feet of gross leaseable
industrial or commercial
(includes professional
business offices) floor area
E. MINOR PLANNED UNIT $220 plus $4 per residential

Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty
days after its final adoption.
