ORDINANCE NO. 1150 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING MONIES FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL ITEM EXPENDITURES FOR THE PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 1983 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1984. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, I TO WIT: Section 1 The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby authorize and appropriate expenditures for Capital Items from Federal Revenue Sharing Funds, in the amounts and for the purposes, as follows: Division/ Item Activity Total Dollars - Employee Classification Plan City Manager $ 15,000.00 Cost Accounting Study Finance 10,000.00 Mini-Van City Hall 10,000.00 Right- Turn Bay -- 11 th and Main Streets 20,000.00 Pave Parking Lot -- Lamme and Rouse Library and Streets 20,000.00 Remove Railroad Track -- Pave Church and Story Intersection Streets 10,000.00 Carnegie Building Improvements General Purpose Bui Idings 4,367.00 Bogert Well Parks 3,700.00 Thermostat -- Swim Center Swim Center 2,327.00 Street Sweeper Streets 65,000.00 I Ten Items -- Total . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $160,394.00 Section 2 The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby authorize and appropriate the balance of approximately $65,815.00 in anticipated Federal Revenue Sharing monies to the Unallocated Reserve - Federal Revenue Sharing Fund for use in the 1984-85 Capital Improvement Program. Sect ion 3 That this ordinance, after being duly considered, upon public notification, at a public hearing to be held on the 6th day of February 1984, shall not be finally passed until ten days after the conduct of said hearing. Section 4 That should it be found by any court of competent jurisdiction that any section, I clause, portion, sentence, word or phrase of this ordinance is deemed to be contrary to any existing law or regulation, that in that instance, it is the intent of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, that all other portions, sections, words, clauses, phrases or paragraphs of this document shall remain in full force and effect until September 30, 1984.
