ORDINANCE NO. 1147
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING AN
ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION FOR THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE DURING HER APPOINTMENT AS ACTING CITY MANAGER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA: I
That the Director of Finance, Amy M. Swan, be compensated in an amount
equal to ten percent (10%) of her monthly salary of $2,346.00, as set forth
in Ordinance No. 1135, beginning January 1, 1984 and ending immediately upon
termination of her Acting City Manager status. Said compensation shall be in
addition to her regular monthly salary and is for the additional duties assumed
while serving as Acting City Manager until newly-appointed City Manager James
Wysocki assumes his duties.
PROVISIONALLY PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission at a regular
session thereof held on the 27th day of December 1983.
