ORDINANCE NO. 1145
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, REPEALING CHAPTER
10.36, Parking Meters, OF THE B07.EMAN HUNICIPAL CODE.
PRE A M B L E
I The purpose of this ordinance is to repeal Chapter 10.36,
Parking Meters, since the City no longer useS parking meters.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That Chapter 10.36 of the Bozeman Municipal Code, entitled Parking Meters,
be and the same is hereby repealed.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, this 11th day of October 1983.
