When we purchased our home, we understood that this land would remain open space, eventually allowing for cemetery expansion. Because of city plans, we *expect* growth to occur along Highland across from the hospital, but we had assumed the cemetery land in question would remain open. This is a very unfortunate reversal of expectations, as the proposed development would adversely impact our cherished nearby open spaces and the traffic in our area. We ask that you would please reconsider this proposal. Please keep that plot of land open for cemetery expansion.
