ORDINANCE NO. 1137
AK ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE SALARIES
OF THE CITX COMMISSIONERS AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2.04.070 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Secti on 1. That the salaries of the City Commissioners and the Mayor of the I
City of Bozeman be established as follows: for each meeting attended, the sum of
$75.00 for each Commissioner. The salary of the Commissioner acting as Mayor shall
be one and one-half (1~)times that of the other Commissioners, or the sum of $112.50.
Section 2. These salaries shall be effective July 1, 1983.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
expressly repealed.
PROVISIONALLY PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman
at a regular session thereof held on the 25th day of July 1983.

FINALLY PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman at
a regular session thereof held on the 8th day of August 1983, and effective thirty (30)
days after said date.

I, Robin L. Sullivan, Clerk of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,

in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in said City of Bozeman, in the issue dated the 12th day of August 1983.
