ORDINANCE NO. 1136
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AMENDING SECTION
5.06.020 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE, PROVIDING FOR LICENSE
FEES FOR BOI LERROOM OPERATIO~IS.
PRE A M B L E
I The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Subsection 020 of
Chapter 5.06 of the Bozeman Municipal Code, entitled
Boilerroom Operations to change the license fee from $100.00
or $200.00 per week, depending upon the number of telephones
in the operation, to $50.00 per week, regardless of the num-
ber of telephones.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That Section 5.06.020 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
5.06.020 BOILERROOM OPERATIONS
The license fee for a boilerroom operation shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per week
for each week of operation or portion thereof.
PROVISIONALLY PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, this 25th day of July 1983.
