HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 83- 1131 Repeals Ch. 2.24 . 330 :'1 ORDINANCE NO. 1131 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN. MONTANA, REPEALING CHAPTER 2.24 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE. PREAMBLE The purpose of this Ordinance is to repeal Chapter 2.24, Police Judge, since the state statutes authotizing the office of Police Judge have I been amended to replace the position with one entitled City Judge. Ordinance No. 1130 provides for office of City Judge. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: That Chapter 2.24 of the Bozeman Municipal Code, entitled Police Judge, be and the same is hereby repealed. PROVISIONALLY PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, this 11th day of April 1983.
