ORDINANCE NO. 1129
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AMENDING CHAPTER 3.12.190
OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE AS FOUND IN ORDINANCE NO. 1123 PROVIDING
FOR AN INVESTIGATION FEE WHEN APPLYING FOR A BUSINESS LICENSE FOR BOILER-
ROOM OPERATIONS AND GAMING ESTABLISHMENTS.
I PREAMBLE
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Subsection 190 of Chapter 3.12
of the Bozeman Municipal Code, entitled Investigation Fee to change the
investigation fee per person investigated for boilerroom operations and
gaming establishments from $200 per person to $50 per person.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That Section 3.12.190 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
3.12.190 Investigation Fee
When an investigation fee is required for boilerroom operations, a fee of $50 for
each person involved shall accompany the application for license.
When an investigation fee is required for a gaming establishment, a fee of $50 for
each person listed on the application shall accompany the application for license.
PROVISIONALLY PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, this 11th day of April 1983.
