Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance 83- 1120 Adds § 15.12.020; amends § 15.12.010, mechanical code 307 ORDINANCE NO. 1120 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AMENDING CHAPTER 15.12.010 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING AND CON- TROLLING THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, QUALITY OF MATERIALS, LOCATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF HEATING, I VENTILATING, COMFORT COOKING, REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS, INCINERA- TORS, AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS HEAT PRODUCING APPLIANCES IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS AND COLLECTION OF FEES THEREFORE, IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1 That Chapter 15.12.010 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 15.12.010 Document Adopted by Reference--Copies on Fi Ie. A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bozeman, Montana, being marked and designated as "Uniform Mechanical Code," 1982 Edition, published by the I nternational Conference of Building Officials, be and the same is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code of the City of Bozeman for regulating and ~ I controlling the design, construction, installation, quality of materials, location, operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, comfort cooling, refrigeration systems, incinerators, and other miscellaneous heat producing appliances in the City of Bozeman,; providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore; proving penalties for violation of such code; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of such "Uniform Mechanical Code," 1982 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, on file in the office of the City Clerk are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in the chapter.
