ORDINANCE NO. 1119
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AMENDING SECTION 15.04.010
OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATING, ERECTION,
CONSTRUCTION, ENLARGEMENT, ALTERATION, REPAIR, MOVING, REMOVAL, DEMOLITION,
CONVERSION, OCCUPANCY, EQUIPMENT, USE, HEIGHT,)\REA AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL
BUILDINGS AND/OR STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:

That Section 15.04.010 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
15.04.010 Document Adopted by Reference
A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Building
Official of the City of Bozeman, Montana, being marked and designated as "Uniform Building
Code" (including appendix), 1982 Edition, and the "Uniform Building Code Standards", 1982
Edition, published by the International Conference of BUilding Officials, be and the same
is hereby adopted as the building code of the City of Bozeman for regulating the erection,
construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion,
and
occupancy, equipment, use, height, area/maintenance of all buildings and/or structures in
the City of Bozeman, Montana, providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees
therefor; providing penalties for violation of such code; and each and all of the regula-
tions, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of such "Uniform Building Code"
I (including appendix), 1982 Edition, and the IlUniform Building Code Standards", 1982 Edition,
published by the International Conference of Building Officials, on file in the office of
the Building Official, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully
set out in this chapter; save and except such portions thereof as have been del~ted,
modified, or amended in the aforementioned official copies.
PROVISIONALLY PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION of the City of
Bozeman, this 10th day of January 1983.
