ORDINANCE NO. 1113
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY
SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE (WORKS)
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1- That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be
given by, the Director of Public Service (Works) of Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal
year ending June 30, 1983, be as follows, to wit:
Salary - $28,000.00 per annum - $2,333.00 per month
Official Bond - $20,000.00
Section 2. That the salary and official bond, as fixed ~y this Ordinance, shall
be effective as of November 1, 1982.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION at a regular session thereof held on
the 25th day of October 1982.
