ORDINANCE NO. 1110
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE
MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE
HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be
given by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City
Commission of Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1983, be as follows, to wit:
City Manager - $38,520.00 Official bond - $ 20,000.00
City Attorney - $60.00/hour not to
exceed $28,000.00 Official bond - $ 10,000.00
Clerk of City Commission - $17,004.00 Official bond - $ 20,000.00
Director of Finance - $27,072.00 Official bond - $100,000.00
City Judge - $14,124.00 Official bond - $ 10,000.00
Section 2. It is anticipated that the City Attorney position will change from
retainer to City payroll with the employment of a full-time City Attorney. Upon termination
of the retainer basis, this salary shall become void.
I Section 3. That the salaries and official bonds, as fixed by this ordinance, shall
be effective as of July 1, 1982.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after
the date of its passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION at a regular session thereof held on
the 28th day of June 1982.
