ORDINANCE NO. 1096
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISS ION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AMENDING SECTION 18.12.010 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL
CODE PROVIDING FOR R-2-A--RESIDENTIAL--SINGLE FAMILY, MEDIUM
DENSITY AND R-MH--RESIDENTIAL--MOBILE HOME USE DISTRICTS IN
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
SECTION 1
That Section 18.12.010 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
18.12.010 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
The city and its extraterritorial limits surrounding the city is hereby divided into zones,
or districts, as shown on the Official Zoning Maps which together with all explanatory
matter thereon, is hereby adopted by referenGe and declared to be a part of this ordinance.
For the purpose of this ordinance, the city of Bozeman is hereby divided and classified
into the following use districts:
1. AS Agriculture Suburban Distritt
2. R-S Residential Suburban District
3. R-1 Residential--Single-farnily, low density
4. R-2 Residential--Single-family, medium density
5. R-2-A Resi denti a l--Singl e-family, medium density
6. R-3 Res identail--medi um dens ity
7. R-4 Residential~-medium density apartments
8. R-5 Residential--h;gh density
9. R-MH Res i denti a 1 Mobil e Home Di stri ct
10. R-O Residential--Office District
II. B-1 Neighborhood Business District
12. B-2 Community Highway Business
13. B-3 Central Business
I 14. M-1 Commercial--light manufacturing
15. M-2 Manufacturing and Industrial
16. TR Technology Research
17. PLI Public Lands and Institutions
18. T Transitional District
19. FD Flood Hazard District
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after its adoption.
