ORDINANCE NO. 1088
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISISON OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AMENDING SECTION 18.06.580 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL
CODE PROVIDING FOR THE REDEFINITION OF AN EFFICIENCY UNIT
IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
I SECTION 1
That Section 18.06.580 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
18.06.580 UNIT, EFFICIENCY--An efficiency unit is a
dwelling unit containing only one habitab1e room with
a floor area of at least 450 square feet.
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY CO~1MISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, THIS 30th DAY OF December 1981.
