ORDINANCE NO. 1086
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1074 AND REVISING THE MONTHLY SALARY OF
THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
SECTION 1 I
That the annual salary of the Director of Finance of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, as fixed at the rate of Twenty-Three Thousand Dollars ($23;000) per annum,
by Ordinance No. 1074, of the City of Bozeman, be amended and fixed at the rate of
Twenty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars ($25,296) per annum.
SECTION 2
That the revised salary of the Director of Finance as fixed by this ordinance
shall be effective as of December 1, 1981.
SECTION 3
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its
passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION at a regular session thereof held
on the 25th day of November 1981.
